NEW DELHI, Oct 5 (PRIME) -- Russia’s second biggest lender VTB has signed a deal to give a 130-140 million euro loan to India’s Matix, CEO Andrei Kostin told reporters on Friday.
“We are signing an agreement with a very large company producing fertilizers (Matix), the loan will amount to 130–140 million euros,” Kostin said.
